As well as being havens for wildlife, they contain fascinating stories of community and family history on the gravestones, and provide a place of peaceful contemplation for visitors and local people alike. Installing a memorial bench in your churchyard
When preparing to install a bench in your churchyard, you must ensure you have read through the Churchyard Regulations. For further help on this matter, please contact Mary Heading at MaryHeading@churchinwales,org.uk
Bench Inscription must also comply with the Churchyard Regulations. The following information is acceptable:

- Lifespan
- Quote from Scripture
