HUB CHURCH COORDINATOR
Join Our Team as a Hub Church Coordinator!
Are you passionate about fostering community and supporting innovative ministry? Saints Chepstow, part of the Diocese of Monmouth, is seeking a Hub Church Coordinator to provide vital administrative support for our vibrant hub church initiative.
Role Highlights:
- Location: St Christopher’s Church, Bulwark, Chepstow.
- Hours: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week.
- Salary: £25,314 (full-time equivalent).
- Contract: 5-year fixed term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the hub church.
- Collaborate on communication strategies and create engaging digital and physical publicity materials.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety.
- Support budget tracking and resource requests.
- Provide administrative support for hub church activities and Ministry Area operations.
About You: We’re looking for an organised, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to the values of the Church in Wales. Experience in administration and working with budgets, alongside proficiency in digital tools, will be an advantage.
