ARCHDEACON OF NEWPORT & DIOCESAN DIRECTOR OF MINISTRY AND DISCIPLESHIP

The Bishop of Monmouth invites applications for this dual role offering wide strategic influence and deep pastoral engagement. As Archdeacon, you'll help shape diocesan vision, support clergy and laity, and oversee governance and ministry across five vibrant Ministry Areas. As Director of Ministry & Discipleship, you’ll lead policy development, nurture vocations, champion lay and ordained ministry and foster lifelong learning and wellbeing.

We seek an experienced, spiritually grounded priest, ordained in the Anglican Communion with a heart for mission, collaboration, and transformation.
