Diocesan Vision
Our diocesan vision - 'Faith in our Future' - was launched in 2022. The launch of the vision was accompanied by lots of resources to help ministry areas interpret it in their own, individual contexts. These resources are regularly updated and added to.
The five branches of our vision help us to focus our faith, life and work.
Discipleship - Growing more like Jesus
Stewardship - Living as thankful and generous people
Social Justice - Serving together to strengthen our communities
Equality & Diversity - Welcoming all
Environment - Caring for God's creation
The branches challenge us to look outside of our churches and engage more deeply with our communities. The vision calls us to grow closer in our relationship with God through inspiring worship and meaningful prayer. It is a vision to inspire growth in us and in our churches.

Well-Being Guide
'Caring for those who are Caring,' is an easy to follow guide which helps us look after ourselves, enabling us to look after others. The guide offers practical advice for how we can take care of both clergy and lay people and highlights the importance of creating a culture of teamwork which fosters support and encouragement.
