Nearly half the population of Wales (over a million people) lives in the Diocese of Llandaff, which is also home to Llandaff Cathedral.Making a difference is an important part of the work of the Bishop, who oversees over 100 parishes and has an active role in the different communities across the diocese – each with their own sense of identity.The Bishop’s Office supports the Bishop in carrying out her work across the diocese, throughout Wales and beyond. As a key member of the Bishop’s Office, the PA will provide administrative, co-ordination and operational support in relation to the Bishop’s changing, demanding and complex workload. The PA will work closely with the Bishop and the Bishop’s Chaplain to provide practical support, good initiative and engagement in delivering a range of tasks.The PA will deliver operational services, including acting as a first point of contact, co-ordinating and supporting meetings, preparing briefing packs, processing correspondence, and arranging logistics to ensure that the work of the Bishop is efficient, effective and responsive to changing requirements.DownloadJob Description (Word)Application Form (Word)
