MINISTRY AREA LEADER - EAST CARDIFF MINISTRY AREA

We seek a Ministry Area Leader to join us in helping this vibrant part of Cardiff grow in faith, confidence and shared mission.

You will:

• Enable a diverse team to flourish
• Strengthen our shared vision and equip all God’s people
• Oversee systems and communication across our churches and schools
• Lead sacramentally, pastorally and collaboratively

You bring:

• Deep sacramental spirituality
• Proven leadership in nurturing healthy, growing churches
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complexity
• Strong organisational and delegation skills
• Confidence in teaching stewardship and supporting financial sustainability
• Commitment to the ministry of all God’s people, including women and LGBTQIA+ clergy and laity
