Children and Families’ Pioneer

Full time (Part-time will be considered)

£27,248 - £30,059 (plus 10% employers pension contribution)

We are seeking to recruit a Children’s, Youth and Families worker for St. Stephens church of the Heart of Newport Ministry Area in Pill Newport.

As part of a team you will develop and lead activities and events which are both engaging as well as fruitful in developing a discovery of a deep love of God in the lives of the children, youth and families you work with. From toddler groups, holidays clubs, parenting classes and youth groups, the possibilities for activities, which are beneficial for Christian formation are endless!

Your role will extend beyond activities, with support from the minister, you will be a pastoral presence in the community, encouraging and supporting children, youth and families as they explore the journey of faith.
