DIOCESAN VISION

Our Diocesan Vision / Ein Gweledigaeth Esgobaethol

“God’s Church can and will grow.”
This belief lies at the heart of our diocesan vision — a call to renewal, hope, and faithful action.

Launched in October 2022, our vision invites every ministry area, the cathedral, and diocesan groups and committees to embrace the opportunities God provides to strengthen the Church and grow His kingdom. It’s a vision rooted in mission, shaped by prayer, and lived out in community.

We believe that growth begins with deepening our relationship with God and reaching out in love to others. That’s why our vision is expressed through five key branches, each offering a pathway to live the Gospel more fully:

5 Branches - logos.png

Discipleship / Disgyblaeth

Growing more like Jesus

Stewardship / Stiwardiaeth

Living as thankful and generous people

Environment / Amgylchedd

Caring for God’s creation

Social Justice / Cyfiawnder Cymdeithasol

Serving together to strengthen our communities

Equality and Diversity / Cydraddoldeb ac Amrywiaeth

Welcoming all

These branches challenge us to look beyond our church walls and engage more deeply with our communities. They call us to grow in faith through inspiring worship, meaningful prayer, and compassionate service — fostering growth both within ourselves and across our churches.

“Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”
Hebrews 10:24
