Who to contact if you have a concern
Specific safeguarding concerns or the need to talk about an allegation are managed by the Provincial Safeguarding Officer. These should be referred, in the first instance, to Fay Howe, Provincial Safeguarding Officer, based in South Wales. Fay can be contacted on 07551 124219 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If Fay is unavailable, please contact Elaine Cloke Head of Safeguarding: email@example.com / 0292 034 8200 or 07787 244037 or Wendy Lemon Provincial Safeguarding Officer: 07392 319064.
If your role within the Church involves work with Children (under 18) or adults at risk then you need to have completed a DBS check. These need to be renewed every 3-5 years in line with the Church in Wales Safeguarding Policy.
Please contact Alison Smith – firstname.lastname@example.org or 029 20348227
