Safeguarding Training

Tue 1 October, 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm

Safeguarding training is intended to aid those who have roles and responsibilities in the church to develop an awareness and understanding of abuse, safeguarding processes and the Church in Wales Safeguarding Policy.

The course is open to all but especially useful for clergy, MAC members, sub-committee members and church committee members and those who have roles with children or adults who are at risk. To book a place, please contact Veronica Cottam on 02920563379 or via email on veronica.cottam@stpadarns.ac.uk by Friday, 27th September. There is no cost to attend the course.

The Church in Wales has a responsibility to ensure that all church members are cared for and protected.

  • 7th December, 9:15-11:15am, Christ Church, Mold CH7 4HG

The one-off sessions are open to all but especially useful for clergy, MAC members, sub-committee members and church committee members and those who have roles with children or adults who are at risk. To book a place, please ask people to contact me on 02920563379 or via email on veronica.cottam@stpadarns.ac.uk. These are free to attend but places must be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. People can attend whichever session they find convenient in terms of location and timings.
