Being the Church We Want to BeOur diocesan vision, Faith in Our Future, calls us to reach out into our communities through five branches of mission. While the vision is about doing, our Culture Guide is about being—how we live out our faith, how we treat one another, and how we are experienced by those we serve.Launched in March 2024, the Culture Guide helps us reflect on the kind of Church we are becoming. It invites us to embody our values in every interaction, every act of service, and every moment of worship.Our Core ValuesThrough wide consultation across the diocese, we identified six core values that shape our culture:LoveGenerosityJoyHumilityCourageIntegrityThese values guide both our public witness and our internal working life.
